When you purchase the gift voucher online, you will receive a voucher either by SMS or email. You can print it out or forward it directly electronically if it is a gift.

• Exchange The recipient simply needs to take the voucher down to Wine and Art in Struer, where it is exchanged for the correct, physical gift voucher – and then it is ready for use in all the many shops that are part of Oplev Struer.

• Validity: The gift voucher/voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

• Fee: A fee of DKK 15.- per gift voucher applies upon creation. If you purchase online, you only pay the fee there (no fee needs to be paid again upon exchange at Vin & Kunst).

The gift card can, of course, also be purchased and created physically directly at Vin & Kunst in Struer (a fee of DKK 15 also applies here).

14-day right of withdrawal (online purchases only): In accordance with current legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing a gift voucher online. Please note that the right of withdrawal shall lapse if the voucher has already been exchanged for a physical gift card at Vin & Kunst. Any fees will not be refunded upon withdrawal.
