Programme
15:00 Collection of race numbers
15:45 Warm-up with Rasmus Klump
16:00 The race starts
When the children have completed their Centimetre Marathon, there will of course be gold medals featuring Rasmus Klump and certificates for all the children. There will also be water and snacks for the brave marathon runners.
On the square, Rasmus Klump will be ready for the children to have a picture taken with him.
It is entirely up to you whether you choose to run with your child (like a tadpole) as a family activity, or if you let the child run the race (like Gøje) and instead stand ready with cheerleading flags and words of praise when your child crosses the finish line. Everyone can join in, and should the run be too long for little legs, you are welcome to run/walk the route with a pushchair.
Tickets cost 125/145 kroner per child – adults running/walking along are completely free.

Why do we run?
Children should be able to play and move wherever they go. The purpose of the Children's Accident Fund's Centimetre Marathon is to inspire children and parents to embrace a daily routine with more movement and physical activity by making running something fun and exciting to participate in, where everyone goes home with a good experience.
Today many children are not physically challenged in their daily lives, and this has resulted in increasing trends such as overweight, inactivity and unhealthy habits. Therefore, Shell, Rasmus Klump and the Child Accident Fund are jointly encouraging more physical activity among children together with family and friends.
